Keto Low Carb Cheese Muffins

Makes 10 Servings: 169 Calories 5g Carbs 2.4g Fiber 13.4g Fat 7.7g Protein

WET INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese ( I used light 2%)

2 Large Eggs

4 TBL Butter (melted)

DRY INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 Cup Super fine Almond Flour

1 TBL Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese



INSTRUCTIONS

Combine (Wet Ingredients) in a mixing bowl

Combine (Dry Ingredients) Except Cheddar Cheese in a separate mixing bowl

Combine Wet and Dry ingredients together and mix well. Once mixed add in cheddar cheese and mix.

Put approximately 1/4 cup mixture in each WELL Greased muffin tin or silicone muffin tin. 

I added Everything but the bagel Seasoning!  but that is not necessary. 


Cook at 450 Degrees 10-25 minutes - watching after 10 but cook until toothpick comes out clean!
