INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 tbsp sliced almonds or other nuts (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl or jar, mix chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener if using.
Stir well and let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Before serving, stir again and top with mixed berries and nuts.
Serve chilled.
