INGREDIENTS
1/2 head of Cauliflower, or whole head for more than 2 (about two slices per person) Cut in 1/2 inch steaks
Olive oil to coat
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp garlic
1/2 cup Fresh parmesan cheese
Red Pepper Flakes, Optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375
Slice or cube Cauliflower
On baking sheet place a piece of parchment paper and put olive oil on parchment paper. Sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese and then place the cauliflower down on the cheese and olive oil
Sprinkle with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, remaining parmesan and red pepper flakes.
Roast in oven for 20 minutes and check. Continue to cook 15-20 minutes checking every couple minutes.
