INGREDIENTS
1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Toss Brussels sprouts, carrots, and broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
