INGREDIENTS
For Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon garlic marinade over them.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear.
