INGREDIENTS
4 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup Caesar dressing (preferably low-carb, organic - stay away from seed oils when possible. OR opt for vinegar and oil with lemon juice and fresh herbs)
1/4 avocado, sliced (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp croutons for added crunch
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
Top with grilled chicken slices, Parmesan cheese, and avocado slices.
Season with salt and pepper, and add croutons if desired.
Serve immediately.
