INGREDIENTS
8 oz beef sirloin or chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 bell pepper, cut into squares
1 red onion, cut into squares
1 zucchini, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari (optional for marinade)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Wooden or metal skewers
INSTRUCTIONS
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
In a bowl, toss the beef or chicken cubes with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
Thread the beef or chicken onto the skewers, alternating with bell peppers, onions, and zucchini.
Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred.
