INGREDIENTS
2 salmon fillets (4-6 oz each)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, chopped dill, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon-herb mixture.
Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked and flaky.
