INGREDIENTS
6 oz sirloin steak
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Pork Chop
Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. OR our Family Favorite, Lawry's Black Pepper Flavored Salt
Grill or sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred doneness.
Meanwhile, Cut Broccoli florets into pieces and place on a cooking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and or Lawry's black pepper seasoned salt.
Cook in pre warmed oven at 350-375 for 20 minutes. Rotate and turn broccoli half way through.
Serve the steak with broccoli, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Flavor Add On -
Sprinkle with fresh grated parm cheese and or fresh lemon.
Add Onion to the broccoli before roasting.
Option: you can cook broccoli in airfryer, or pan with water/olive oil as well.
