INSTRUCTIONS
Cook and Peel the hard-boiled eggs - I use the microwave to cook - using this handy dandy Egg Cooker!
Place the cottage cheese in a small bowl with the hard boiled eggs. Mash to combine like you would egg salad.
Stir in the mustard until well combined.
Sprinkle the Everything But the Bagel seasoning
Add a pinch of salt and pepper, if desired, to taste.
