INGREDIENTS
4 large eggs
1 avocado, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra flavors
TRADITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 9-12 minutes.
Remove the eggs and place them in cold water to cool.
Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
Serve with avocado slices, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
Optional add ons - Sirachia or yellow mustard for dipping!
