INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup spinach, chopped
1/4 cup onions, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp turmeric (optional for color)
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onions and mushrooms, sauté until softened.
Add chickpeas, spinach, salt, pepper, and turmeric (if using).
Cook until heated through and spinach is wilted.
