INGREDIENTS
1 pork chop (about 6 oz)
1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs (optional for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
Pork Chop
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the pork chop with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. We use Lawry's Pepper Salt
Grill the pork chop for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Brussel Sprouts
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Serve the grilled pork chop with roasted Brussels sprouts.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Sprinkle with fresh grated parm cheese and balsamic vinegar
