INSTRUCTIONS
Marinade Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, Garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Place the London broil in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, then pour the marinade over the meat and cover with steak seasoning. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate 30 minutes to overnight.
Grilling Instructions:
Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450-500°F).
Remove the London broil from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Pat the meat dry with paper towels for an even sear.
Place the London broil on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare (internal temperature of 130°F). You can adjust based on your preference:
Medium rare: 130°F (approximately 4-5 min per side)
Medium: 140°F (about 6-7 min per side)
Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.
Serving Size:
A 2.6 lb London broil will yield approximately 4-6 servings, depending on portion size. For a standard portion size of 4-6 oz per person, you can expect around 5 servings.
