INGREDIENTS
4 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced (optional)
2 cups mixed greens (romaine, spinach, arugula)
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese or FETA
2 tbsp ranch or vinaigrette dressing
Optional : Lime juice, Spinach, red peppers
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, grilled chicken, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
Add the hard-boiled egg slices if using.
Top with shredded cheese and drizzle with dressing.
Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
